PAMFLEET was formed in 2000 as a management buy-out of the investment bank Jardine Fleming's direct property fund management business, which had been established in 1990. The group is independent and privately owned.

PAMFLEET is both a property investor and a provider of real estate investment & development advisory services throughout Asia.

We specialise in identifying and acquiring under-performing assets and repositioning them add value. Currently, we part-own and provide total asset management services for property worth approximately US$1.3 billion.

Singapore Office

Singapore, like Hong Kong, enjoys a sound legal system which is the basis for the stable environment necessary for sizable property investment, and does not discriminate against foreign business. As a result of its attractiveness to foreign capital and to strong economic performance, property values have risen in all sectors and yields hae compressed.

Pamfleet has successfully invested in Singapore in the past and currently has an investment in a joint-venture. It is a market in which we can add value and we see futher investment opportunities emerging as the market consolidates.

Our new office in Singapore opened on July 1st 2008.
