Foreign Worker Dormitories is a joint venture project among Pamfleet Group, Morgan Stanley Real Estate Fund and Averic Capital.

The project consists of four dormitories, all of which are located within specific industrial-zoned hubs in Singapore.

Kian Teck, Tampines and Woodlands dormitorie, were successfully acquired through a JTC tender in 2007 with a 13,500 worker capacity.

Avery Lodge was a construction project that was completed in Q1/2009 for a population of 8,000 workers.

The total gross floor area of the four dormitories is approx. 1,548,000 square feet.

The dormitories are managed by Averic Strategic.
