Nexxus Building (formerly known as Hang Seng Building) with approximately 260,000 square feet of gross floor area is located in the heart of Central, Hong Kong offering efficient, convenient and contemporary office space as well as stylish, boutique retail space.
A major refurbishment programme of over HK$200 million was completed at the end of 2008. The programme included installation of new facade and mechanical and electrical systems, redesigning the office lobby and entrance, as well as putting in place new retail layout and footbridge connection to the Central walkway system.

Nexxus Building was successfully repositioned to be the only new Grade A office supply in Central available in 2009.
The building was acquired by Pamfleet Group, Morgan Stanley Real Estate Fund and Gateway China Fund I in May 2006.
