Vicwood Plaza is a 34 storey building completed in 1987 with a total gross floor area of approx. 396,721 square feet with primary frontages to Des Voeux Road Central and Rumsey Street, Sheung Wan. The building is strategically located above the podium of the MTR Station and connected to the Central elevated walkway.

A major repositioning programme was undertaken in 2005. The programme included relocation of retail atrium, installation of new retail escalators and redesigning the office and retail entrances.

Pamfleet Group and Morgan Stanley Real Estate Fund acquired Vicwood Plaza in May 2003.
