KCP (formerly known as Kowloon City Plaza) was acquired by Pamfleet Group, Morgan Stanley Real Estate Fund and Pioneer Global Group Limited in May 2004.

KCP is a multi-level suburban shopping centre comprising seven floors of retail space and approx. 500 parking spaces with a total gross floor area of 639,930 square feet. The centre is located at 128 Carpenter Road, Kowloon City, Kowloon.

Following a HK$100 million face lift, KCP has re-established itself as an icon of innovative and exciting shopping hub. The new-look KCP has over 150 retail stores, including cafes, bars and restaurants, making it an attractive destination for shoppers.

As part of the overall redesign, two new high-speed passenger lifts and 5 pairs of new escalators were installed, and a second atrium was incorporated into existing space to improve pedestrian flow and access. Additional facilities include extensive exhibition and performance spaces on various levels.

The centre was successfully repositioned in June 2008.
