Village Terrace is a 1954 low-rise residential development, which consists of five-storey over two covered car parks.

The development is situated in the heart of Happy Valley and comprises of two units on each floor with typical accommodation size of approx. 1,500 square feet gross each.

The development was completely renovated externally and redesigned internally.

Pamfeet Group and Morgan Stanley Real Estate Fund acquired Village Terrace in October 2005.
